Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
- Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GO Car Wash from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website or your violation of these Terms.
- Arbitration Agreement & Waiver of Class Actions
All disputes related to your use of the Website will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than in court. You waive your right to a jury trial and toparticipate in class actions. This agreement to arbitrate survives termination of these Terms.
Exceptions: Small claims actions and claims for injunctive or equitable relief related to intellectual property are excluded from this arbitration agreement.
Notice of Dispute: Before initiating arbitration, you must send a written notice describing your dispute to GO Car Wash, Attn: Legal, 7400 E Orchard Rd. Suite 260S. Greenwood, Village, CO 80111. We’ll try to resolve it informally within 30 days. If not resolved, either party may file for arbitration through the AAA at www.adr.org
- Governing Law
Exceptwhere preempted by federal law, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
- Feedback
Bysubmitting feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant GO Car Wash a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate it into our services without acknowledgment or compensation.
